Be aware that although this power supply is listed as being for the HP Pavillion ZD7000 series, depending upon your particular model it might not be powerful enough. Some models in the 7000 series require a 135W output, not 120W. An underpowered adapter might temporarily power up your laptop, but it's not going to charge your battery correctly or keep it running very long on AC power and may even cause damage over time. Make sure you know the requirements of your exact model. I have nothing bad to say about this adapter itself other than it's description is somewhat misleading since it's not for all of the ZD7000's.

After waiting over a week to receive the more expensive version of the power supply for my HP zd7000 from Osprey Talon, the thing didn't even fit. Osprey simply washes it's hands of the situation and puts it on Amazon. If you need a simple replacement power supply for your laptop, DO NOT shop here. You just end up burning tons of your administrative time trying to get it right. No one reimburses you for time lost on irresponsible vendors when you have a business to run.

This item worked ok for a few weeks, but the connector was never snug. After about 3 months it would supply power only intermittently to the laptop because of the loose fitting connector. I have to wiggle the connector around and sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't.

I need to find another adapter. This has been a big time waster.
